This commission, a brief set by Leila Fataar head of marketing at Adidas Originals, a culture maven ahead of her time who commissioned Harris to create a campaign that was a first, the idea to tear up the brand playbook in terms of casting, styling and direction. From the paired back sets created, kinds of models cast, the non brand accessories incorporated to create a campaign that has an editorial feel rather than something that feels too prescribed. The results a campaign that has an international and style savvy feel that tied into one of the brand through lines ‘live local think global’.
