GHANA X THE INOUE BROS





Harris has collaborated with The Inoue Brothers (TIB)for 11 years on various design and art direction projects. For the past 3 years the two studios have engaged with collaborative TIB x Le Tings designs made available for the Japanese market. TIB have admired much of Harris’s Le tings projects that he has introduced via their showroom in Tokyo, a decision was made from late 2024 to make a trip together to Ghana to explore what they could do together.

The three of them Satoru and Kiyoshi Inoue and Harris alongside Xander Ferreia, Yayra Agbofah and Kwamena Boison embarked on amazing adventure around Accra, Ghanas capital and with a further flight up to Tamale Northern Ghana. It was a really exciting trip that brought forth new conversations and developments that relate to indigo dyed products, hand blown glass and brass o add to Harris x Le Tings developments with those product offerings. Whilst there the brothers joined Harris on a shoot in Freetown, Accra where has was shooting some of their collaborative designs on a group of fishermen he has been working with.
